I can't believe that there is a honest mechanic out there, but these guys where awesome, honest and professional. They told me everything that needed to be done on my vehicle. They also told me what need to get done ASAP and what could wait. This is the place for me A+ customer service, A+ work. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
Meineke has completely won me over. What a great shop. Had to get a run flat tire replaced today and I am so glad I came to this particular location. Customer service is A+ made the whole experience enjoyable and really, who enjoys car repairs? No one, lol. However, with honest advice and work, can't beat it! This is the Meineke I will always go to :) Thank you guys at this location. Kudos to the entire team.
Exceptional. Just exceptional.
I took my car to a shop and they told me I needed to replace my rotors, brake pads, and possibly something on the inside. I'm not a car person, but good thing I was with my friend who told me to check out this other place instead. So naturally, I left and went to Meineke auto repair instead. I am very pleased with this decision.
Over here, a very friendly man named Alain helped me . One of the best mechanics I've met. He literally went through my car repairs in 20 minutes, and on top of that I was pestering him with my questions the whole time. In 20 minutes he fixed the problem an exchanged my brake pads, and it turned out everything else was fine! He saved me extra repairs and costs, and he was extremely knowledgeable. For fixing my brake pads in 5 minutes, I was able to walk away with extra time on my clock and money in my pockets. Alain and this shop are honest people who won't try to charge you for other things to make a profit off our lack of knowledge. I will definitely be back, because why go to a shop where they overcharge for labor and parts when you could get things done fast and efficiently.

Alain and his crew ROCK!!!! I was in from out of town and my van died on the road. Towed it to Meineke and they had it diagnosed in about 30 min, then fixed in under hour and back on road running great. You saved my bacon. thanks guys.
