Previous shop misdiagnosed(lied?) saying I had a headgasket leak and needed my engine replaced so I retired my car for months. GearHeadz diagnosed my car PROPERLY and fixed it quick at a great honest price. He even gave me an explanation of where the previous shop went wrong and did my sparkplugs for free since it was convenient! After talking with Ali for a little bit we did a video call to look over and listen to the bike. He made me very comfortable with the way they run there business. The idea of sending a good chunk of money to a business u just met is not the easiest or most comfortable. But Ali made it a lot easier. We talked for a few days back and forth, then I pulled the trigger. From the time I sent the money to the time I got the bike delivered in Houston was less then 4 days. I love that they give me a Military Veteran discount most of the time. The only time I've ever had a problem is the 1 time I left my car for service and was dropped off by a worker, it took waaayyy longer than they said it would but gave me a courtesy oil change coupon when I expressed dissatisfaction. Been a customer for a couple of years and only 1 complaint!”
