After talking with Ali for a little bit we did a video call to look over and listen to the bike. He made me very comfortable with the way they run there business. The idea of sending a good chunk of money to a business u just met is not the easiest or most comfortable. But Ali made it a lot easier. We talked for a few days back and forth, then I pulled the trigger. From the time I sent the money to the time I got the bike delivered in Houston was less then 4 days. “Every time I call to schedule service appointments and when I'm in the store I get courteous & professional service & treatment. I always feel welcome & recognized & acknowledge when I arrive. I love that they give me a Military Veteran discount most of the time. The only time I've ever had a problem is the 1 time I left my car for service and was dropped off by a worker, it took waaayyy longer than they said it would but gave me a courtesy oil change coupon when I expressed dissatisfaction. Been a customer for a couple of years and only 1 complaint!”
