“Got hungry for some soul food. Got a surprise invite to a grand opening of a new soul food restaurant in the south suburbs. I went and can honestly say the food was great. Very well seasoned food. Decent portions and prices. They're pretty in step with most soul food establishments in Chicagoland. The staff was friendly and quick. If u go on the weekend expect a short wait for takeout unless u call ahead. If you visit get the grilled or fried catfish & the jerk chicken.”

“Hey this is a whole almost 2 years late...but almost 2 years ago I got my pet Pretzel the ball python and I just wanted to say thank u. He's been my absolute best friend through everything and the most friendly snake I've ever met. In these these years hes never bit me once...knock on wood lol! I picked this place out of every other place we went too because not only were they super friendly but I got to actually hold and look over the snake before purchasing but they also had a really cool collection and seemed to take care of there pets really well. BTW pretzel is doing a amazing and is a fantastic eater.... most of the time lol”

“This BBQ brings me back to the day’s of going to George’s on 147th in dixmoor which was the best BBQ on the south side for anyone who knows you know. You will not be disappointed at all with anything. From the staff to two brothers doing what they love and it shows. Cooking on real smokers in the parking lot not that pre smoked stuff it can not be beat! There will be no other place for me from now on!
