“Eric Dillard was wonderful. I received prompt and courteous services from him. I moved from University Park to Austin, Texas. The movers were United Van Lines and the driver was Juan C. Ollive. I have finally retrieved the box I thought was missing with valuable electronic items , my sister's ashes and fur jacket. I am grateful that Home Depot delivered my washer and dryer and the box was discovered. I have yet to find the oversize dishes in a medium box. Those items are replaceable . I humbly apologize for my egregious error when I telephoned Skyline and when I submitted a prior rating earlier today. I tipped the movers and drivers generously. I told the driver I thought some boxes were missing. I should have signed the document with a codicil until I was able to thoroughly inspect my items. I hope Juan enjoyed his $80. tip and the drivers enjoyed their $50. tips. The world will continue to revolve and I will spread the word.”
