“I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, I have had a credit card with them for over 2 and I've never missed a payment never once went under, over the weekend a payment was delayed resulting in my first overdraft even tho I have overdraft protection on they never told me I had been charged not until the next day when I noticed the fee, I went there figuring when I first made account they gave me card I never used called stuff happens and she said those expired and that its charged to be more fair , but there was nothing that she can do for me fine , I will close my account in a few day,, but then she called back and actually helped me made me feel great I would recommend ”
