“The best thing to happen to our family in a long time. Carrie, the director is AMAZING! There is nothing that woman can't do or make happen. Everyone there is very nice and friendly and our daughter can't wait to go back time and again. They make transitioning from one classroom to the next very easy. Our daughter is newly potty trained and I was told she been making regular visits to the bigger kids classroom so she'll be comfortable when she's there starting in January. When we had a death in the family, I reached out to her to arrange for our child to go to school on a day she doesn't normally so we could attend the funeral services and give her some normalcy. There are so many "extra opportunities and services here for the whole family to take advantage of. During parents night out, she stayed at school until later in the evening while my hubby and I put up the Christmas decorations without worrying about what the toddler was getting into . They collect stuff for charities, teaching children the value of helping others less fortunate I should also mention how safe this place is It's like Fort Knox. Nobody gets in or out without passwords or being identified . There are security cameras all over the place giving you opportunity to watch your child .Everything they do is safety and education driven .”

“We have been at Kindercare New Lenox for a little over 2.5 years and have been through the infant to the Pre-K rooms with our 2 children. Our children love the teachers, love the fun activities, and all the friends they make. We are pleased we switched to this daycare 2.5 years ago, we can be sure our children are safe and having fun while we are away. “This is specifically about Family Counseling Agency... one of their services. I went for the first time today, tepid about the counselor I was told I'd be talking to. I had a really bad experience with an unaffiliated counselor at a separate business and was kind of turned-off on the idea. I was desperate though, just for someone I could really talk to so took one more leap. I met Jessica and she was absolutely splendid. From the moment she opened her mouth to speak to me. I could tell this was a nice person. I really got the impression she cared. I want everybody to know that there is definitely someone in their area that cares. I never got the impression she was treating it as just a job. It was my first appointment and she let me just kinda wander around my own thoughts til the very end. She wasn't silent, she was constructive and asking for details but when I wandered to something new or something old, she LISTENED. I ended up talking to another counselor (I think) in the lobby. A hispanic man, just saying hello. I can only say that he was really nice in those few moments. I was wishing he was my counselor until I met Jessica. I got home and I....I'm just relieved. I feel better than I've felt in a long long time. I don't kid myself, I have a lot more to do, but I could not imagine a better start.”
