(March 26, 2018, 3:17 pm)Recently I visited Red Wing in NewLenox on a Saturday afternoon to buy the Copper Blacksmiths 3343 boots. My first Red Wing purchase. They did not have this boot in my size but both Vincent and Kyle were very helpful and professional in helping me get the right size by letting me try on boots made from the same last as the Blacksmith. They ordered me a pair of the Blacksmiths in my correct size to be shipped to my house. After placing the order and coming home, I had some questions related to pricing so I emailed Aimee their store manager. By Monday morning, Aimee called me and responded to my concerns very professionally and courteously. She resolved my concerns to my complete satisfaction. I was impressed as to how responsive she was to satisfying a new customer. We had a brief but informative conversation where she provided boot care tips for my new Blacksmiths. Thank you Aimee, Vincent and Kyle. Excellent service and customer care.
