“Hard to imagine a better experience and service. This was the second time my Explorer was in for repairs (someone backed into us once and another rear-ended us this time). All of the work looks great and was done in the timeframe they originally quoted me. They arranged everything (rental car) and kept me updated throughout the repairs. What sets this apart however was the thoughtfulness on the first day. When I dropped my car off the estimator asked if my kids were in their car seats at the time of the accident. When I told him they were, he recommended we contact the insurance to get their seats replaced. Neither my wife or I had thought to ask this question. I contacted Erie and got new seats for my kids. I was blown away by a repair shop having this level of care. This was well outside the scope of repairs and what they were being asked to do. This was personal. A+. Could not recommend more highly.”
