“We have used Fred Meyer Jewlers for years and they have always been very accommodating to us and Wanted to make us happy if something was wrong. I have always bought from managers(Mona & Pauline). Both ladies were with the company for 10 plus years but now the stores are closing left and right, it’s really sad! Ask for Pauline if you shop in the Mall Loop Drive Store, she was wonderful to us! If a chain store warranty makes you nervous, consider buying jewlers mutual insurance. Not that you shouldn’t buy the warranty from Fred Meyer , but JM is piece of mind when stones fall out etc. and if the chain store goes out of business your still covered. You choose who fixes your jewelry and no long wait to get it back, check it out! A Fred Meyer Employee told me that because i told him I heard the store was closing and it worried me. He didn’t want that to stop me from buying a ring I wanted. It’s sure refreshing when people are nice! Now I drive 3 hours round trip to buy at Fred Meyer stores.”

“If you need high quality jewelry for an affordable price, please go to these guys! I inherited my grandmother’s 50th anniversary ring and with her blessing I was able to use the diamonds out of it and make my own design. They treated me with the utmost care and knew how important these diamonds were to me. They offered several different designs and were honest about what would work for us.
