“I made a garbage disposal purchase through Amazon. The first time, a different company was hired for the install. The guy came out, said I bought the wrong size. When I asked what size I needed, he told me to look at the one under the sink already. Then he told me I didn't need a new one anyway it was probably just junk buildup in the pipes (it wasn't) then he left. So, I went back onto Amazon to purchase a different size (because my sink kept backing up). This time they sent McCullagh services. Tom came out, saw that, yet again I purchased the wrong size, but instead of leaving, he went and got the right size for me and installed it. Then helped me with the return of the wrong sized one to Amazon. I have since hired him for other jobs, independently, and he's been great.”
