The numbing procedure and fillings were COMPLETELY PAINLESS! “Such an incredible place of zen and love. This studio epitomizes the true essence of yoga. The owner Michelle is so incredibly welcoming and kind and believes everyone should have access to yoga and healthy living and as a result these classes are so inexpensive and attainable to everyone. The energy is amazing and there are all sorts of styles and classes available from yoga to circuit training. I just love this place and all the wonderful “studio” family that work, learn, teach and practice there. One of my favor happy places. A real neighborhood jem.”
