“So I’ll tell you that this is the THIRD time I’ve had someone work on my sound system for my 2021 Indian Road Master. The first place was with the Indian dealership where I purchased my beautiful bike. (Horrible experience). The second place is not known for sounds but they are great at everything else. So I was beyond frustrated when I had a slightly above average sound coming out my bike when I found RJS BAGGER. They communicated through the entire process and even sent me before and after pictures so I could see the level of professional work being done. When my bike was delivered I was trying not to have to high of expectations but the was no need for that because they far exceeded ANYTHING I could have imagined!!!!! Super professional work, staff, and for the price....there’s no way I could be any happier!!!! My only TWO regrets are 1st, I didn’t go to RJS first and second I wish I had another bike I could bring to him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AND AN AMAZING AMOUNT OF KNOWLEDGE.”

“I had some trouble at the beginning with my insurance. The receptionist was very busy but stayed so patient with me. Everyone was great. Michelle seemed a bit bashful but was extremely kind and helpful. I had an excellent experience, thank you to all of them for their help. Got my glasses today 3/9 8 days before promised very good. Glasses look good and feel good. The woman who fitted me even cleaned my old glasses before letting me leave. The whole experience was excellent highly recommend.”

I had a customer service issue with an older service which was purchased but not provided, and after much discussion and proof of purchase with no refund, I was provided a new tire. Good staff, those young guys truly make the company gears function. They deserve raises for their hard work, technique, and upstanding dedication to the safety of Homer glen. That manager, real quirky fella but he knows what’s right.”

“I come here to get feed for my small farm and I really enjoy the experience. All of the staff are extremely friendly and I don’t think I even cross paths with an employee that doesn’t at least say “hello” or “good morning.” The store is always well stocked and I have never had an issue not being able to get what I can for. A shout out to the folks who do the loading in the back, it’s nice not to have to load half a ton of feed!”
