“Couldn't be happier with our experience, we started the day on a bad note driveing almost 2 hours just for somebody to sell corals out from under us right before we got their. we immediately left and came here right after and I have to say i was completely impressed with the selection and completive prices. I was able to get both the fish I've been looking for, for around the same prices but they had them in stock unlike others and to make it even better both fish we bought were copper medicated and started eating right away. Honestly I'll proly be back next week for another fish while in in town, no joke. why go elsewhere when these are copper medicated and I need a specific fish that they had a few of”

“I have been coming to Brookfield Zoo since I was child. Now I'm older and come when I want. I have a membership, which I recommend if you visit often. I like to go during the week right when it opens at 10a because it's less busy and I can really enjoy each animal. Parking is $15 for both the North and South entrance. If it's your first time visiting I suggest the North gate. If you aren't looking for a long walk from your car to the entrance I suggest the south entrance. Either way you will enjoy yourself once you're inside.”

“I recently discovered tails and snails while shopping around for some new snail additions to my tank. I have to say after my first experience I will be a repeat customer quite a bit for any future additions! I bought an ivory snail, and a purple. They were extremely active immediately after being acclimated to my tank and I'm extremely impressed by how they have seemingly adapted right away. Another sticking point for me was the quick responses from Ray and the ability to pick up locally. Definitely 5 stars from me.”

“Such a great aquarium. Such a grand entrance and well laid out sections. I kinda liked having each section circling the carousel. It seemed to make things easily accessible and make it so it didn't feel so crowded. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cafeteria area had a great selection with outdoor seating and cool views. The dolphins and beluga whales were definitely the hit for everyone. Will definitely make time to visit next time we're in Chicago!”

“I’ve been in the salt water hobby for about seven years now and majority of the time I’ve been hustled by many, not telling me the true facts so you can have a stable salt water tank and healthy fishes/corals. Ive spent thousands of dollars repeating the same mistakes that many do. Not realizing the problem you'd at one point wither give up or slowly not care anymore. Luckily, I had a turn around for the better! Thanks to “ROBS AQUATICS” Ive been finally recommended to the right man! Local too!! Let me tell you Rob and his worker are amazing people I was willing to spend big money all over again and be just as happy as I did on day 1 seven years ago. My salt water fish only tank is finally almost complete with everything i always wanted and the best part is I can say for the fist time in 7years I can truly say WOW my fishes are happy and eating like CHAMPS!!!! Rob will tell you exactly what you need to do to get your tank up and running and better then ever! JUST REMEMBER DO EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS AND HAVE PATIENTS AND I PROMISE IF U TELL HIM EXACTLY EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN THE TANK AND THE SET UP HE WILL FIX YOU RIGHT UP AND IN NO TIME. P.S Crazy thing is I was referred to ROBS AQUATICS by another totally different worker at a another fish store. The person was like you are honestly go to robs you are a really good price go to robs he even said with my discount it will still be cheaper to get fishes by Robs Aquatics I mean if that’s not loyalty then I don’t know what is lol.”

“Fun portion of the zoo. There's plenty of seating for the masses and the dolphins are very intelligent and comical. Be ready for splashes as you may get wet. The kids love it so you should go check it out even if its about 11 bucks a ticket.”

“I had a issue with my beta tank where I was getting tons of algae on my glass and didn’t know how to fix I went to another place before and was told wrong information which made my tank worse and killed my beta. I found this place by word of mouth and I’m glad I did. Not only does the staff at aquatic works know there stuff they seemed to care about my dead fish and sold me a new one and told me exactly what to to to keep my tank and fish in perfect shape.
