My sons' cross-country move to Chicago was handled on that end by the Midway location and GM Elliott who personally handled the delivery of their 8 footer to 2 different apartments in Lincoln Park. “It was recommended by my 2nd opinion to consult with a 3rd opinion on a possible surgical fix to the original surgery I had on my foot. I chose Dr. Toolan after several reviews of each foot doc at Elmhurst (and this took lots of time). Dr Toolan consulted with my 2nd opinion Dr and read my medical records prior to my visit but still wanted to hear, in my own words, the timeline from original surgery to what led me to him. He took notes, listened, examined my foot, read the x-rays his staff took and began to give me his accessmemt of my situation. He gave me two outcomes if he corrected the issues and when I asked he gave me his HONEST opinion. Even though, I didn't like the answer, we both agreed not to proceed with additional surgery. I give 4 stars because he is straight to the point, not a warm personality and you can't talk to the office only the hospital appt desk. I WOULD still recommend Dr. Toolan”
