“I had the privilege of training with Casey Tiesman for the better part of a year and a half during my time as a D1 baseball player. That year I was able to post a 2.5 ERA across 11 starts and 70+ innings. Casey helped me stay healthy throughout that year and helped me to perform at my peak. Since then 8 of his athletes, from that program were drafted. Casey is a fantastic problem solver and coach. He genuinely cares about what he is doing with every single athlete. Safety here is #1 and you can tell as such by the way you learn moves, the instructions you receive, and the rules of the gym.
