I went back, the lady was super sweet for one during my first visit I was there for like 30 minutes and she was super patient with me as I was looking back and forth between two rings. Coming back the second time she was even better! Allowed me to do an exchange for the exact same ring (I’ll just not wash my hands with it on so it doesn’t tarnish), & a lovely conversationalist too. Every time I travel I try and find a ring to add to my collection and I found two here and I love them so much. “They track your last visit and what they did to your head so you can ask for what they did the last time if you were happy with it. Clean, orderly, the on-line check-in process is the way to go, just download the app. The staff don't seem to turn over too often, there was only one person I wouldn't go back to again. Other than that one experience, they are all pretty consistent. One note: I purchased gift cards for $13.99 hair cuts about two years ago and put $200.00 on the cards because I knew I would keep going there. Today a hair cut is $20.00, so money well invested. I'd suggest if you live in the area and expect to keep going here, if you can afford it, buy the cards so you can lock in the prices. They are only available around November/December.”
