I explained the situation to Karl and he was at our house working on the door within minutes! We needed a new door knob so Karl drove to his office to get one, came back and fixed it all in less than 15 minutes, and at a very good price!! He also put on a new latch and fixed our deadbolt hole as the door wasn't previously locking all the way. Karl went way above and beyond for us, after hours to boot!
