“Walmart Pharmacy in New Lenox is my only place outside of the VA, to get my prescriptions filled. The staff and Pharmacists are the best. My favorite is Amanda. She's been my pharmacist for the last few years. Being a Veteran, at times the VA can't see me immediately, so when I need medical care or an outside pharmacy, even though they tell me it's covered, it's always a mess trying to get prescriptions filled because of all the red tape and too many people at the VA not doing their jobs to follow through to make sure I'm getting my meds. Amanda always steps up and goes the extra mile for me to make sure it gets done. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism, her knowledge of medications, and her caring attitude. She is truly, the best pharmacist I've ever had!!”

“Due to a previous negative experience at a different facility, I was incredibly nervous today to have my CT Heart Scan at this Cardiac Evaluation Center in Lisle. And by nervous, I mean...I was a wreck! However, after being warmly welcomed into the CEC area, I was immediately put at ease. I shared my concerns with the technicians, and they immediately demonstrated to me that they would go out of their way to ensure my comfort. When I was worried that the machine would be just as claustrophobic as I remembered from a different location, they allowed me to enter the scan room and try out the table & scanner for myself so that I could get a feel for it. Susan, the CT professional, went out of her way to explain every step of the procedure so that I would know exactly what to expect- and she gave me the sense that my comfort was her priority. Wow! I wish I had known about Susan and the excellent team at this facility; I would have saved myself a lot of needless worrying! Thank you, Susan and team for being excellent at what you do! I hope you know that it truly makes a difference!”
