“I love the comfortable atmosphere. Each spacious room has seating for at least 2 pet owners, and a couch for the vet to sit with your pet. They offer treats to your pet to build their confidence and try to gain their trust. The rooms are really what were once bedrooms that have been converted into exam rooms. Your pet can walk around and feel comfortable. Most importantly is that they are allowing customers to come in with their pets. I didn't like not being able to accompany my pet in for their appointments. MetroEast also makes house calls if you need it. They are just a bit more expensive, but not by very much...and you do get what you pay for. They are not over booked, they spend plenty of time with you and your pet and explain everything to you.”

Also they really care to all of their customers and give their best to satisfy all of the customers. Very personable staff. This place is really huge, so clean, and neat. The whole place has a lit vibe. It is very relaxing and comfortable. It is also near to many different place around. They got the perfect location because it is very accessible and so near. “A great place to leave our dog while we’re out of town! Multiple play times outside and playtime indoors, too. Pools to lay & play in outside with areas to run. Dogs are separated by size and get plenty of attention. I appreciate the “report card”, too.The staff is kind and caring and vets are young and obviously love what they do- taking time to explain meds and answer questions. So glad we found them! “Iam Owner operator with Dart transit . My Lola got deathly ill . On short notice you and staff allowed me bring my baby in and allowing me park my Big Truck on property. After 5 hours of Medical attention and surgery. My baby girl was going be just fine. Took her back home San Antonio Texas . Needless to say she retired after that !!! She home doing just fine . Getting lazy lol. She great schnauzer , and celebrated her 10th birthday making her 70 in people years! Old lady she is. “Wow! What a team of people here at this vet! My 10 year old German shepherd has a cyst rupture on Monday morning. I called my vet and they said they could not get me in until the next day and recommended if I wanted immediate care to go to the emergency (who fleece people and their pets who are in need). I called around to try to get him in ASAP to avoid any infection. The people here at golf mill veterinary hospital got me in within hours and took care of my old pup! Thank you everyone at this office! Also very affordable!”
