Upon meeting with Tyra in person to discuss the arrangements, my family felt so comfortable and well taken care of. Tyra and her team were flexible in including specific set-ups we wanted for my moms service, and because of them we were truly able to have the celebration of my mom that we needed. “(note: written during COVID times) Our first impressions of Dr Stevens are very positive. While some areas are not allowing parents in the room for the consult once the child is 18+, Dr Stevens does. He took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I sawt him out for a second opinion after a less than positive experience somewhere else, at the end of our consultation I told him the details about what the other oral surgeon said and he very professionally explain why his opinion differs and why he would follow a different protocol. I respected that and will be using him for surgeon. Last thing, his consult fee is only $30.”

“Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”
