I see people crying about being late and them wanting their merchandise back, they are a business and businesses either want their money or their product back, your life’s problems are not theirs. Brittany is always wonderful as long as she doesn’t have to chase you down and then hear your sob story. Every item we have ever gotten anything, we requested brand new and that’s what they brought.
