Craig was extremely professional. He is a real cheerleader. He encourages you that you "can lose the weight", but he is honest, that if you cheat and do not follow the plan, you will not lose the weight. I HIGHLY recommend Craig and the Natural Health Weight Loss Center. I drove all the way to Indianapolis just to get their help. It is really exciting they are expanding to Fort Wayne!
