Indiana Ear

I have single sided deafness that began most likely due to a virus. If I had been seen by Dr Disher first with a correct diagnosis I most likely would not have lost my hearing. Water under the bridge now 5 yrs later. Still suffer viral flareups and he has helped manage this well.
My highest recommendation goes out to a Dr of Audiology Denise Bickley as well! She worked so hard to research the best product for my situation. Connecting everything high tech to work with my phone etc!

Brittany Serovy did a wonderful job with listening & helping me when I lost my hearing in my left ear. I am so glad I was able to get an appointment quickly as well.

There really are no words for the kind of person Dr. Bickley is. She makes you feel like you are a priority, every single time you see/talk to her. She walks you through the entire process and makes sure you are aware of everything going on. I have suffered severe hearing loss for my entire life, I have been in and out of more doctors offices than my fingers can count, some good some bad, at times just feeling like a ping pong ball. Dr. Bickley deserves nothing but the upmost praise for what she does, she gave me light in my, at times, dark battle in this medical rat race. I am SSD (single sided deaf) and wear a Cochlear implanted BAHA, I was in dire need of an upgraded processor, that could handle my work environment, and when Vocational Rehab stopped helping me I felt at a loss, but Dr. Bickley stepped up and completely pushed through the entire process for me/with me and now I have my updated processor! Denise is a doctor that truly cares for her patients. She goes above and beyond her duties as an audiologist. She takes the time to listen to her patient. I was not a patient of hers but was with some family members that suffered from tinnitus so severe that caused anxiety and depression. She was so compassionate and so helpful to them, that I will forever be grateful for her. Would highly recommend anyone suffering from ear ringing (tinnitus) or hearing loss to schedule an appointment with Denise
