“I have single sided deafness that began most likely due to a virus. If I had been seen by Dr Disher first with a correct diagnosis I most likely would not have lost my hearing. Water under the bridge now 5 yrs later. Still suffer viral flareups and he has helped manage this well. My highest recommendation goes out to a Dr of Audiology Denise Bickley as well! She worked so hard to research the best product for my situation. Connecting everything high tech to work with my phone etc!”

They have overhead for set store hours, rent etc. So tired of negative reviews comparing prices to online lets see you run a bussiness tryin to compete with prices online. “We upgraded our 20+ year old home and we love how it turned out. Totem did a great job and all the workers were amazing, they made sure to do all the things I was hoping for and its beautiful and ready for the next 20 years! We got all new floors on our main level, painted kitchen and bath cabinets, new countertops, new back splash,, added some extra cabinets, opened up the walls between the kitchen and living area. I would definitely recommend totem when looking to do your home improvements.”

They have one of the best managers, their team is flawless and the cashiers/workers there do a great job and know what they're talking about. If they don't have an item in the store that you're looking, they will keep you posted on when they get that item. Their service is incredible, the items and categories of stuff they have is fantastic and they have amazing prices too. Their in-store credit is almost unbelievable, since they give people way more in in-store credit than any other store would ever think of doing.
