Then I met the owner, he came out and went above and beyond explaining all the functions of Polaris Ranger. He had the mechanic put on accessories I bought with a no wait, helped load the machine and even put new wiper blades on my truck because I couldn’t get them on. This is a top notch business with old school ways that actually takes the time with the customer and makes sure they are happy. I couldn’t be happier. “The last time we rented something there it was a lg fan to blow our leaves (we live on a wooded lot). We went in the morning and rented it and got it home and it didn’t work. We messed around with them on the phone a couple hours, then by 2:00pm they sent someone out to look at it and he fiddled with it for an hour and a half instead of just replacing it like I wanted them to do. I finally told him to take it and leave. By that time it was going to be dark in an hour. My husband and I just wanted to get it done that day while the leaves were dry and we both had off work. They had the nerve to get pissed at me and said to never come back. No worries there.”
