“Absolutely hands down the most honest people I have dealt with. I unfortunately purchased a camper from an individual and wanted to get it winterized and looked over so I took it to Knotts. Once they had a chance to look it over the owner (Tim) called me and politely explained that this camper had some major issues. As he explained it all to me I realized that I had just wasted a large amount of money on a used camper. I paid them to make some repairs so that I with a good conscious could resell to someone that was looking to get a used camper that needed work. Not only did Tim apologize for what we went through he offered to help me by letting it sit on his lot for sale. This was huge for me as I travel a lot for my job and selling it on my own was not going to be easy. Tim was able to get customers that I would not have ever reached. My camper sold within 2 weeks. “I had a trailer hitch, light wiring and a brake module installed on my new truck. They did a great job on the install and were priced fairly. Would highly recommend. Will return if I ever need anything installed. I was told by many other places they were not able to get the parts needed or they could fit me in for an install in about a month. “Overnight parking on side. If it’s chocolate you’re delivering, There are two side docks as well, past the main docks (north docks) that face the street, they look like garage doors. You might be sent there. Way more tight than the main docks. Proper Setup is crucial here. I was the only semi at my delivery time and i was cautious, I can’t imagine with others already in. Restroom. Plenty of grass (for pets to walk). Receiving/Shipping opens at 0800. Quick unload. In and out within an hr of docking.”
