Absolutely hands down the most honest people I have dealt with. I unfortunately purchased a camper from an individual and wanted to get it winterized and looked over so I took it to Knotts. Once they had a chance to look it over the owner (Tim) called me and politely explained that this camper had some major issues. As he explained it all to me I realized that I had just wasted a large amount of money on a used camper. I paid them to make some repairs so that I with a good conscious could resell to someone that was looking to get a used camper that needed work. Not only did Tim apologize for what we went through he offered to help me by letting it sit on his lot for sale. This was huge for me as I travel a lot for my job and selling it on my own was not going to be easy. Tim was able to get customers that I would not have ever reached. My camper sold within 2 weeks. Tim and his staff were great to work with through this. He even called me on the weekends and was really just a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to go here for service or for a purchase.

Great prices. Fair honest customer service

We bought a used Jayco Jayflight from Tim several years ago. He and his family were wonderful. He gave us a very fair price, a good deal on our trade in and even delivered our new to us camper to our door. He's the first person we would go to for another camper! I really don't understand the poor reviews at all. Tim's a great guy; honest, kind and fair.

Delivered a rv to knotts rv the other day. The guy outside told me right where to go to talk the owner Tim. Tim also was very friendly and helped me get in and out as quick as possible!! Thanks
