“Hello fellow Truckers. 1- you should respect you Appointment Time. 2-you should be there 1 hrs before if busy if not 30min. 3- Pick up number starts with 0086 or 86 for me. 3- after a lots of negative reports I went so early. 4- I was at the gate on Sunday 10/23/22 At 6:38 am they told me I have to come back 30 min before my appointment. 5- at the gate it take me 11 min to get in at the door. 6- my appointment was 10 I got out 11:40 7- inside at Door D30 it’s shipping office and Trucker Lounge. 8- when you loaded going on the way out Gard Shake will give your BOL and they’ll Seal the doors. “We rented from the Fort Wayne airport originally, the vehicle had some alignment issues but it was okay. First night out of town the catalytic Converter was stolen. (Did not set off the alarm at all)… We called the airport in Biloxi to exchange the vehicle, which at the time we weren’t sure what was wrong with it. (We were informed later on what happened) The new vehicle was much nicer and the customer service was impeccable in biloxi. “Joining this flying club has completely changed my life when it comes to flying. I joined the week I got my Private Pilot certificate as a fresh pilot. I was welcomed with open arms by the other members. The club continues to invest in the airplanes by constantly making upgrades. These aircraft are the best maintained airplanes you could possibly find. Not a single imperfection goes unattended to with this club. Flight safety is held paramount over anything else. As the club continues to grow, the Board works to maintain the size to where reserving an airplane doesn't become an issue. Recently the club purchased a 3rd airplane and expanded to an additional airport to serve the growing membership. If you're still renting from a flight school, you're wasting your money!”

“Absolutely hands down the most honest people I have dealt with. I unfortunately purchased a camper from an individual and wanted to get it winterized and looked over so I took it to Knotts. Once they had a chance to look it over the owner (Tim) called me and politely explained that this camper had some major issues. As he explained it all to me I realized that I had just wasted a large amount of money on a used camper. I paid them to make some repairs so that I with a good conscious could resell to someone that was looking to get a used camper that needed work. Not only did Tim apologize for what we went through he offered to help me by letting it sit on his lot for sale. This was huge for me as I travel a lot for my job and selling it on my own was not going to be easy. Tim was able to get customers that I would not have ever reached. My camper sold within 2 weeks. Tim and his staff were great to work with through this. He even called me on the weekends and was really just a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to go here for service or for a purchase.”

I like the look of the facility and the fact the unit I rented was very clean was a plus. She insisted I go look at it before she would rent to me. I liked that!!! She wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with the space. I intend to have this space for a long time as I am using it for business purposes. I have no concerns about safety or security there either. I feel very confident I made the best choice in facilities.”
