“Hello fellow Truckers. 1- you should respect you Appointment Time. 2-you should be there 1 hrs before if busy if not 30min. 3- Pick up number starts with 0086 or 86 for me. 3- after a lots of negative reports I went so early. 4- I was at the gate on Sunday 10/23/22 At 6:38 am they told me I have to come back 30 min before my appointment. 5- at the gate it take me 11 min to get in at the door. 6- my appointment was 10 I got out 11:40 7- inside at Door D30 it’s shipping office and Trucker Lounge. 8- when you loaded going on the way out Gard Shake will give your BOL and they’ll Seal the doors. “Absolutely hands down the most honest people I have dealt with. I unfortunately purchased a camper from an individual and wanted to get it winterized and looked over so I took it to Knotts. Once they had a chance to look it over the owner (Tim) called me and politely explained that this camper had some major issues. As he explained it all to me I realized that I had just wasted a large amount of money on a used camper. I paid them to make some repairs so that I with a good conscious could resell to someone that was looking to get a used camper that needed work. Not only did Tim apologize for what we went through he offered to help me by letting it sit on his lot for sale. This was huge for me as I travel a lot for my job and selling it on my own was not going to be easy. Tim was able to get customers that I would not have ever reached. My camper sold within 2 weeks. Tim and his staff were great to work with through this. He even called me on the weekends and was really just a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to go here for service or for a purchase.”
