The only reason I wouldn't buy from them is they just don't carry what I'm looking for. They won't leave you hanging if you have problems after the sale - their technical staff will do everything necessary to get you up and running or come up with a working solution - including trading to a different piece of equipment. In my opinion, this is the business model every retailer should be using. In fact, if I lived in Ft. Wayne, I would put in an employment application so I could be part of their community!
