ANOTHER THING.. the snacks were of a VERY small variety &what they did have was cold &stail.. but again, we had a very fun filled family day :D &did not have to pay much!”

“Mixed reviews. It is one of the cleanest CSL plasma facilities I’ve been to. Sometimes there are long lines but generally the floor crew gets you in quicker than you’d think. There were times there were 10 people in front of me and within 20 mins I was first in line so big props to the floor crew. They could use more people at the front when getting vitals done. Most of the technicians are sweet and I’ve never bad any issues with. The only one is a woman who’s name starts with a ‘T’. You can tell she feeds off of power and authority. The way she talks to co-workers isn’t bad but you can tell she has an ego. You’re not a nurse, you don’t need a degree for your job, chill girl.”

“I've been visiting Dr. Scott Karr at Ortho ONE for some ankle pain since April, and I'm now at 2 weeks post reconstruction surgery for my left foot/ankle. Dr. Karr is a fantastic doctor and surgeon, and I knew I was in great hands for my surgery. The Ortho ONE team made my surgery schedule so easy for me. I went in at the end of August with wanting to get surgery, but needed this surgery asap due to insurance complications and they really pulled through. Rita has been extremely kind, patient, and helpful during my appointments. Making stressful situations like stitches removal a breeze. Rebecca was the first person to EVER suggest I get tested for H. Pylori. After testing positive she put me on a regimen of antibiotics to cure me. She was in constant communication with me to discuss progress, side effects, and even helped me talk to my employer. More than that she was kind.
