After deciding to switch to city water, he had us up and running within 2 days!! He took my emergency situation personally and worked into the night to make sure my problem was fixed as quickly as possible. Lance just serviced our house for a plumbing issue. He was prompt, arriving quickly. He was professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. He was happy to explain the problems I was having.
