“4 happy kids, 2 excited golden doodles and one worry-free marriage are all due to these staff at Big O Tires. We are from out of state and yesterday we had an urgent tire need. We pulled off the highway to the nearest tire service business, and we were blessed to have found Big O Tires. Garrett was immediately understanding of our needs and quickly got the service technicians working on our car. In less than 1 hour, the issue was identified and fixed properly. We were nervous we had a severe issue with our tire that would have delayed our trip. With the quickness and effectiveness in their work, we were back on the road and, more importantly, we had the peace of mind knowing that our tire was no longer an issue. “I appreciated this location being open such extended hours and for getting me in so quickly when it turned out I had sidewall damage on a tire. The representative was really nice, but even he said they don't do much with small tires. It took them a while to even find the damage, then 4 days to get me my existing model of tire (even though it is a Goodyear), and I just noticed after feeling like the car has been driving a bit sluggish and checking the air pressure...that the new tire was mounted inside out (the outside I see says "this side mount in" very clearly). Now I will have to take more time off to go elsewhere to get this fixed. I still gave this place 4 stars because they were open late and nice, but if you get the opportunity, I would go elsewhere, even if you're a Goodyear customer.”

While I was drinking free coffee and enjoying the waiting room. They took care of everything exclamation. In addition to the great customer service They sent Me a $25 off coupon for Christmas so my oil change and everything was only like 50 bucks. I would never take my car anywhere else.”
