“Same problem as others, trying to open a new account for my Granddaughter, joint account. The reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is because of one employee, Julia, Sales and Service Associate. I had two things in mind, the first was closing out my current accounts and taking my money somewhere else. The second was getting the new account opened. One of those things were going to happen that morning, 4th attempt. If it wasn't for Julia I would be banking somewhere else, hang on to her. The reason I'm not giving a 5 star is the bank itself, it's a busy branch, hire some more employees. Maybe at least someone who works Tues - Sat so you have more Sales Associates on Saturdays and through most of the week. Someone just like Julia. Good job young lady!”
