The 6 week jump start program, really gave me the confidence, and knowledge from coach Kim! She was instrumental in care, and concern for my personal needs, not to mention patient, (as I'm a reformed smoker).
I highly recommend Tri Force Fitness, if you want an awesome personal experience for your physical/mental/ health, and well being!!!
