May 2022 - I was worried after finding a spot of water in the basement below where I thought the toilet was. With family coming in June, I wanted any problems taken care of ahead of that visit. Jason checked and determined there was no leak - good news! While he was here, he took time to answer some questions about my plumbing, and provided a quote for future work. Thanks again, Jason!

February - Jason was here today for an annual inspection and maintenance of my furnace, water softener, hot water heater and plumbing. I got a call about 20 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way - very appreciated! He thoroughly inspected the furnace, tested the water quality, and plumbing throughout the house, asking me if I had any concerns. I got a complete report of everything that was done. I am very happy with the service he provided.

October - Today Nick replaced the last outdoor faucet. Now I don't have to worry about freezing weather and a burst pipe. He also adjusted the temperature on the hot water heater installed a few weeks ago, and adjusted the shower faucet to allow more hot water flow. I am completely happy with the service Nick provided. I highly recommend him and Gibson's. I will continue to rely on them for all my plumbing, AC and furnace maintenance.

September - Nick is a gem! He installed a new stainless steel hot water heater and a new high efficiency water softener. He replaced the water line to an outdoor faucet and the faucet itself, and added a water cutoff so I can drain it for freezing weather. I know I am set for winter. He was on time and worked through the day to get all that work done. He answered all my questions and left the work area clean. I am very happy with Nick's work and with Gibson's. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing, heating and AC needs.

Gibson's is a great place. Honest and nice people to work with. Ashley was my service tech and she was amazing. Great work ethic, good job done, on time. Explained everything. Really like there is a female doing this job. Glad they hired her to staff she will do great.

Jake and the whole crew are awesome to deal with. They are always helpful. We have been using there service for the last 12 years. I have never had a problem with service. They have done so many things in our house over the last 12 years. From small repairs to installation of the New furnace and A/C. Isaac and Shelby were just here for maintenance. Always very professional!!
I recommend them every time. Thank you guys so much. Your dedication to service and quality keeps me a customer for life.

Jason P came to our home a week ago today. Discovered we had drainage problems to our septic system. A maple tree had grown into our septic tank and into our drainage pipes. Came back today installed a clean out area. Very happy and satisfied customer. Gibson's is a very professional and knowledgeable and honest company. Would recommend them for any electrical, plumbing issues. Customer for life!!!!

Gibson's Heating & Plumbing came through for me again! Josh K was the technician that was sent to clean out some roots in my sewer system. He explained everything he was doing and helped me understand what was going on in my home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and so polite. Thank you so much Josh. I appreciate everything you have done!

Once again, it was Gibson's Heating and Plumbing to the rescue! Dustin was extremely thorough on every aspect of the entire job! My sewer lines are free of roots thanks to him and the Jetter! i couldn't be more happy! He explained step by step with me and was so polite! Job well done Dustin! Thank you so much! 😃
