“May 2022 - I was worried after finding a spot of water in the basement below where I thought the toilet was. With family coming in June, I wanted any problems taken care of ahead of that visit. Jason checked and determined there was no leak - good news! While he was here, he took time to answer some questions about my plumbing, and provided a quote for future work. Thanks again, Jason! February - Jason was here today for an annual inspection and maintenance of my furnace, water softener, hot water heater and plumbing. I got a call about 20 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way - very appreciated! He thoroughly inspected the furnace, tested the water quality, and plumbing throughout the house, asking me if I had any concerns. I got a complete report of everything that was done. I am very happy with the service he provided. October - Today Nick replaced the last outdoor faucet. Now I don't have to worry about freezing weather and a burst pipe. He also adjusted the temperature on the hot water heater installed a few weeks ago, and adjusted the shower faucet to allow more hot water flow. I am completely happy with the service Nick provided. I highly recommend him and Gibson's. I will continue to rely on them for all my plumbing, AC and furnace maintenance. September - Nick is a gem! He installed a new stainless steel hot water heater and a new high efficiency water softener. He replaced the water line to an outdoor faucet and the faucet itself, and added a water cutoff so I can drain it for freezing weather. I know I am set for winter. He was on time and worked through the day to get all that work done. He answered all my questions and left the work area clean. I am very happy with Nick's work and with Gibson's. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing, heating and AC needs.”
