He called (and arrived) approximately 30 minutes before my delivery window which allowed me to add additional things to my schedule for the day. He handled my dishwasher and cabinetry with care all while chatting with me about random things. His customer service skills were above and beyond my expectations! I made it a point to let him know how much he was appreciated and in return, informed of how much he liked being appreciated. There aren’t enough people in the world like him. “The new Auburn Dollar General building is significantly better than the previous store. Located strategically east of the vast majority of shopping and dining options and on the main road in centered between residential and commercial, it is great for anyone who does not want to travel into the busier part of town. Although moving farther from the Interstate may cost them potential traveling through customers, the gain of local customers likely will overcome that. The new building is the highlight of the move. It is a brand new building that was built specifically for Dollar General and their needs; allowing them to better serve customers and optimize the shopping experience. Overall, I love the new building and the new location and look forward to shopping there more than ever.”
