“I attended the Elementary just after it was built and completed one year before heading to the highschool building for junior high. It was many years ago but I can say it was a nice experience. The school was new, innovative, and features an extensive lock door system that helps keep students and staff safe from anyone accessing the ground who shouldn't be there.”

“DeKalb is a complicated school. It wants to be forward think with it's Tech programs but stumbles on the actual implementation of these programs. The faculty does care but the student must also care for their future. The sports teams can be great when the teams are cohesive. Overall this school is slowly trying to change for the better but prgressvis nutured by the usual politics of running a school.”
