My appointment was at 9p.m. on a Sunday and as the reviews stated I had my tandems pulled, vest on, I was on time, had all paperwork and calm but nervous attitude. Things went well checked-in the security guy was polite and informative got me right where I needed to be, Checked in with the receiver got on a door and was unloaded in an hour. It took longer to make payment but they also helped with that. Everyone experiences are always different I just say make it as easy on yourself as possible. Be on time. Not rude. Follow their instructions and thats really all you can do, hope for the best. Since they have so many terrible reviews I felt someone needed to know they got it right this time.”
