“Zachary N. came out yesterday when the weather was gross, and he had an amazing attitude. He explained my problem and wrote up a few bids so I had options. The problem was my new, cheap faucet that a seal had broken on. I chose to install the new one myself, so he didn’t really have a job to do except educate me on my issue. Scheduling was easy, and he was great! Highly recommend. I think I used Roto Rooter for a job 1.5 years ago, but I’m not sure. I had to get a whole plumbing column replaced, and that job went so well also.”
