(March 15, 2020, 8:58 am)Zachary N. came out yesterday when the weather was gross, and he had an amazing attitude. He explained my problem and wrote up a few bids so I had options. The problem was my new, cheap faucet that a seal had broken on. I chose to install the new one myself, so he didn’t really have a job to do except educate me on my issue.
Scheduling was easy, and he was great! Highly recommend.
I think I used Roto Rooter for a job 1.5 years ago, but I’m not sure. I had to get a whole plumbing column replaced, and that job went so well also.
(March 13, 2020, 12:33 pm)Jay called a few hours before our actual time and said he had an opening and could come early. I was still work so that couldn't happen but it was nice that the option was given. He came later about 7pm and worked out in the rain and the cold until about 10. He looked exhausted but he didn't stop until the drain was opened and working again.
(March 2, 2020, 11:20 pm)Justin was able to get my drain unclogged fast and even came late in the night. Great dude and very pleased that I can now flush my toilets. I would definitely recommend him and Roto Rooters. A+
(February 19, 2020, 1:12 pm)I was first impressed with the call before arrival and the text with picture of my tech. Brad was extremely polite and knowledgeable about septic systems. He explained each step of the way. Explained the financial aspect of everything as well. He was awesome.

I had asked for an estimate and everything was explained and how the repair was going to be handled. Everything set up for next day. Was over and my leaky faucets were
Fixed in no time.
