“I am a 2007 graduate of Wes-Del. I loved going to this school because the teachers actually cared about the success of their students more than at the average school. There was a lack of variety for classes because it is such a small school, so not too many specialty classes were offered. The Wes-Del community takes care of one another with options such as food drives and Angel Tree to make sure students get something for Christmas and the information is always kept private. The teachers, for the most part, are always there to give the students extra help they need in the classroom and even with other advice. The only problems I found about Wes-Del is there isn't enough going on to stop bullying (I have heard this from a current senior as well) and with Wes-Del being a farming community they should definitely have an agriculture program. There is a green house going to waste and since 4-H is popular there, I am sure agriculture programs would be also.”
