Hi I have been renting space with these folks for almost 5 years (two 10 x 20 units). The business is run very professionally, they are easy to get in touch with and will work with you to try and make a move as easy as possible.
The storage location at Routes 6 and 13 (near lake Wawasee and the city of Syracuse) is in a perfect location. It offers: 24 hour access and you can drive your truck/trailer around the facility pretty easy. In the 5 years I have not had any problems, my items are safe and dry. The owners keep the property well lit, and well maintained. The kiosk payment or the auto payment works great.
If they have an open unit grab it as soon as you can because they go really quick! Lastly not all storage facilities are the same!! - even though they might look the same from the outside. What I find important is the management's availability and flexibility to work with their customers, which as I mentioned is top notched.

Great location, very easy to access and 24 hr coded gate. Units are clean and the newer ones are elevated an inch above grade to help with moisture issues. A little pricey but worth the cheddar.
