Leatherman Supply

Connor was out at my house today to do a warranty repair on my doors. He also had come out a few weeks ago to look them over and see what was needed. I just wanted to let you know how great of a job he did! He was very professional, punctual, and had great knowledge of his trade. I greatly appreciate his hard work and want to thank him and Leatherman Supply for the superior customer service!

The cabinet delivery team did a great job. They were careful with the items and very friendly.
Dave and Connor displayed professionalism with the installation of the cabinets and cleaned up every day. Seeing how well they worked together was very impressive.
We were also happy with the countertop install team. They were also friendly and very efficient.
ALSO - last and most certainly not least: Thomas Gronendyke. Thomas was there from the beginning to the completion of the project. He was extremely helpful with design, design decisions, and answering all our questions with much patience. We would highly recommend Thomas for all design needs.

We are pleased with our new quartz countertop. Mia was a great consultant who answered our questions, gave us good options and followed up with a solution to fix a challenge our kitchen layout presented. The guys who installed the counter were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend Leatherman Supply!

We recently had lockers installed in our mud room by Leatherman Supply and they turned out even better than I envisioned. Their designer, Brad, worked with us on every detail to make sure the lockers would be both beautiful and functional. Scheduling with Mackenzie was a breeze, and the lockers even came in earlier than expected. Finally, the installer Buddy was friendly and made sure the lockers were set up exactly how we wanted them. I highly recommend Leatherman supply. The quality of work was excellent from start to finish.

Our experience with Leatherman Supply in remodeling our kitchen resulted in us now having a gorgeous kitchen that hardly looks like the one we lived with for 26 years! Our home is 80 years old, and the kitchen apparently had only a few cosmetic updates over those years. Furthermore, the cabinets appeared to be the ones original to the home (most likely the low-end version).
We benefited from Elroy Bontrager's years of experience in helping people redesign their old kitchens. We changed two major elements--the placement of our new sink and also a new location for our refrigerator--along with buying new cabinets, countertops, and tile backsplashes. Any time that we stopped into the Leatherman office to make another choice in the process or to ask questions or ask for advice, the staff was professional and helpful. The few schedule delays we had came from a general shortage of subcontractors to do the individual plumbing, floor refinishing, electrical, and heating/cooling work required as well as from some unexpected repairs we discovered a need for in the process of remodeling. However, we were able to find excellent local subcontractors in our area, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome! (See attached photos.)
