We've gotten flooring from them a few times now for different rooms and homes. They are prompt to get a quote back and put you on the books. When you are trying to choose flooring they are inquisitive and helpful and don't just leave you to guess.

Aaron was helpful in picking out product. Their installers were month and half out so my wife talked me into installing the floor "DIY". Zach was huge help with how to install and hints to help know what problems to look for (simple but major tips for me) and correction action.

When we built out house our contractor used Goshen Floor Mart as flooring choice. When selection time came Mark was great, he should us options in our budget and was very knowledgeable. Jump ahead 6 months later after we moved in we noticed issues with our linoleum flooring right away, we told out builder and everything was under warranty. Mark was awesome through the process and even upgraded our flooring since it all needed to be replaced. The flooring issue was not that of Goshen Floor Mart it was the house shifting.
Any who when the new floor was installed these last two days Mark sent Tim and his team out, and wow they were so courteous and patient. We joked around and made me feel comfortable. They worked quickly but we're careful with their every move. I would recommend Goshen Floor Mart to everyone, their service and attention to detail is unlike anything around.
