Affinity Rv Repair Group

Had rear cap replaced and other damage repaired. Work was excellent and done in estimated time frame. Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We've been bringing our RV to Affinity for years. I have never been less than 100% satisfied with the various repairs they've done. From replacing the end cap to replacing the brakes to replacing the slide floor to replacing all the flooring, it's all been done quickly and at a reasonable cost. The ladies in the office, the service technicians and, most of all Rod, are great to work with. They all sincerely care about their customers and doing the best possible job they can.

Affinity came highly recommended and I couldn't be happier. They have restored my faith in RV repair shops. We had someone run into the side of our 5th wheel. They got us in fairly quickly and had it repaired in less time than they estimated. They also fixed a few other minor things they noticed without me asking and without charging me. People told me they will drive their coach across country to have Affinity do the work. Now I understand why!

Super BUSY place, which attests to the good work they do. Try to pre-plan an appt up to 3 mos in advance. Yep, they're sometimes that busy. Rod (owner), Jonna, April, Alicia, Bob (Service Mgr) and all the guys in Service are ALL super friendly and helpful. They will even try to fit an emergency repair in without an appt, just to keep us safe on the road. We can't say enough good things about them and we'll be back there in Spring 2023 to address the rest of our new Montana warranty items, after they already verified & photographed all our issues, for Keystone to get parts for then. They can keep your rig hooked up to power in their bays so your refrig food won't spoil and have 1-2 outside spaces with full hook-up for their customers ($10/day for elec). Oh, and they are just next door to Keystone Customer Service/factory in Goshen. IF traveling with dogs, they know all the good yet cost-effective pet-friendly hotels, as they are all pet-lovers too.

We recently had our Keystone Montana in for repair after we suffered some fire damage to the underbelly and the entire crew at Affinity was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of our issues were resolved. Highly recommend and the only repair shop we trust to do it right!
