I had a great experience with a subaru tribeca transmission issue. I suggested a repair I found on YouTube, and the owner took the time to watch the videos to understand my vehicle's strange problem and solution to it. That meant a lot to me - he could have just passively said "yeah yeah I know how to fix cars".... instead he really listened to me. The communication was awesome, as I got calls whenever something was discovered and received updates throughout the process. I was recommended pro automotive by a friend, and now I'm recommending them to you. And my Subaru is FIXED!

My previous go-to mechanic had tried everything and could not find what was wrong and did not listen to my suggestions on what might be wrong. Not here, at Pro Automotive, they seemed to care, and I appreciate that very much.

Friendly, professional and courteous. Willing to provide estimate and problem solve. When I had the audacity to request a walk-in evaluation and estimate, they courteously declined, explaining they had the priority to complete the current work in progress for their clients. While I was disappointed, in retrospect, my estimation of their professionalism grew. When I did get scheduled work done, I was pleased with the work and the price. I'd certainly recommend them.
