(December 10, 2020, 8:24 am)I was more than happy with the service they provided. The sales guy came to my house because I was looking for a new softener. When he arrived I showed him what was currently there and told him I was sure if it even worked. He then took the time to look the unit over and completely tested it. I didn't end up needing a new unit just a salt tank. These guys went way above and beyond. They dont try to just sell you something they actually try to help. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
